My boyfriend and I broke up. But it's good news LOL!

My boyfriend of a year and I broke up a couple of days ago. It was a mutual agreement. However the good news is that I can get Jack a friend! (He wouldn't let me have anymore piggies, or get Jack neutered so that he could go in with the girls) So after a few days of checking in with rescues and the humane society, and not having any luck I headed to the petstore and ended up with two! They're about 7 weeks old and very cute! One is a tri colored Abyssinian the other is a white and silver English crested American Satin. I'll post pigtures soon! :smitten:
 
I'm sorry to hear about the split even if it was friendly.

Good news about the new pig though.
 
Just like with Lucinda, I'm sorry about the breakup. Congrats on the new piggies though! I can't wait to see pigtures, they sound gorgeous!

sorry to hear about the split but it sounds as it breaking up gave you something more wonderful instead, next feller make sure he is piggy friendly ;D

sorry you split, deffo agree with the piggy friendly fella next, when me n my bf meet he wasnt keen on my pigs, but now calls himself 'daddy' to my boys and loves a cuddle with them! We even discussed him getting his own pigger when we get our own place lol
 
Sorry you've split up, but at least you can do what you want now re more piggies!

And who knows, could be someone well fit and lovely round the corner who loves piggies!

My boyfriend is very anti pets and he's already said no to sharing a house and me having my two! He did say he thought Buffy looked cute though so maybe he's thawing too. I hope so or he's OUT! ;D
 
hmm think i must be an evil gf..i talked pete my bf into liking the piggies..he likes tarantulas and wants baby spiders..

I love spiders and tarantulas.

Thats sad..but a guy that doesnt like guinea pigs?!? 98) PAH! you will get someone much better! O0

Before I moved in with andy (my OH) he wasnt keen on animals but he absolutly loves the guinea pigs now, he has 2 'of his own', talks in baby voices, takes millions of pics of them and is always trying to give his piggies extra kale ::) AND he got me a puppy for my 21st, I got him a lab x springer, we have 9 piggies and he got me a kitten (tizzy) for easter just gone plus our hampsters....our friends call our house the arc. Either that or they say 'stop buying animals and just have kids already' :o

Which makes us both run in the direction of the nearest guinea pig ;D
