They greet me as soon as I come to the cage, generally I think because I've hand-fed them from the first day I got them. Figaro's tame as anything, he actually enjoyed his vet check on Tuesday, and he's not all that bothered when Thane barks...Lindoro 'Indie' is a bit more skittish, he squeaks and runs off. It used to be the other way round until Figaro settled in here and asserted himself as alpha. Indie isn't oppressed or anything, he's just a bit more of a follower who doesn't want to be stroked outside of his cage. Indie hasn't really learnt the different between fingers and food yet either, but that'll come.
Even though Figaro is the dominant piggie (he eats first and is allowed by Indie to steal his food) he's really affectionate towards his little brother, yesterday Indie was grooming Figs, but instead of rumbling like he used to do, he closed his eyes and let Indie nuzzle him. Now he only rumbles at him when Indie's going absolutely mad running around the cage for twenty minutes, it's like he's saying 'ENOUGH now, settle down, you mentalist.' There might be fights later because they're only 15 weeks but for now they seem pretty bonded.
