Here are some pictures of my babies... (funny names I know but thats what you get for letting a four year old choose names)...

Do you know what types of guinea they are? Ive looked in my pig encycopedia thingy and its dead confusing...
 
Tell me about it! I hate calling the vets... and I have two hamsters, hes called the male one, Egg Head Hamster and the female on TOTTY! lol

I would hazard a guess at Rogan and Chips being Dutch, Josh looks like an Agouti and I'm not sure about Donnermeat... Does his hair have whirls in it? if so, I would guess there is some Abysinninan in him (Chips too, looking at your photo).

Only guessing though ;)
 
Josh is really funny, he bosses them all around... Rogan just doesnt care about anything he just relaxes and takes things in his stride and when Josh tries to bully him, he just looks at him as if to say 'whatever'... haha

Had to seperate them all the other day because Donnermeat and Josh were being all dominant over each other
 
I love Rogan and Josh as names!

Rogan looks like a classic black dutch and Josh like a black dutch cross.

Josh is an golden (?) agouti - not sure about the acurate shade; Donnermeat is a golden ridgeback - he looks a bit like a dinosaur with his ridge, doesn't he?
 
Ye he does, you posted last week saying to watch them all together and you were right... Donnermeat started getting really nasty with Josh... at one point they were chattering and standing back from each other and jolting forward... I was scared and when I seperated them Donnermeat started chattering at me! The cheeky monkey...

They are lovely guineas, and the names are classic! Does your 4 year old like chips, Indian and kebabs by any chance!? :))

Yep, I asked him earlier what he would call anymore that we get and he said 'fuzzhead is a good name mummy'... bonkers
 
Yey! Ill take a picture of her when she settles in... she is in bed at the moment but she keeps running out really fast, pinching hay from her rack then running back into her bed! cheeky monkey

:)) Yes you do worry alot but I don't blame you, I'm constantly worrying about mine! ;) If I were you I would get her a friend. :) As long as you have room of course! All the guinea pig care guides I have read say the number one thing guinea pigs need is company from another of their kind. :) Maybe you could go to a rescue? I'm not sure of one near us (I'm the person who lives close to you ;) ) But I'm sure they'll be one somewhere! :)
