Junior Guinea Pig
we got out Guinea pigs on saturday after looking after our neighbours pigs a few weeks ago and loved them. On saturday i was nervous about buying them as i have looked after animals when i lived at home but now just me and my husband it felt a bit scary. I know that sounds silly but its a big responsibility and wanted to make sure we could give them the best care. I fell in love with my boys Smudge and Cookie in the shop and once i thought about leaving the shop without them i just could not do that and knew i wanted them,
i am so glad and happy that we did decide to get them as they feel like part of the family already and after a hard days work its exciting to come home to see them. they are still very wary of us and run away if we go over to the cage but Smudge is starting to come around and even sniffed my hand and took food from the palm of my hand in their cage he even had a nibble on my finger lol.
this a pointless thread but just wanted to let you know how mush fun and love they bring already
