Hi everyone today I watched the rainbow bridge video and cried my eyes out
I had a dog Buster for 11 years we got him from a very bad home.
He was 16 when he died last year,I miss him every day I wonder if what I feel will ever get better.
I wrote him a poem I know its not all that but I wrote it the day he was put to sleep and I just had to do it.
I hope you like the picture........Till we meet again Buster

Buster

To my faithful old friend.

You were one in a million,
I will never forget,
The day that we got you,
The day that you left,
I have never felt so bad,
As when I heard them say,
We have to say goodbye today,
My heart just sank as I looked in your eye's
The whole day had come as such a surprise,
I wanted them to say you would be ok,
But they knew what was best and today was the day,
I held you tight as the needle went in,
As you fell to the floor I died from within,
I closed your eye's as I lie by your side,
Part of me went with you,
Part of me died,
I said goodbye,
Thank you for being mine,
My darling Buster you were one of a kind.
