...i wasn't going to tell any of you actually.
Just tell maybe a few forum memebers i felt would understand me.
But since the fact that i will disappear from the forum eventually. I might as well just go ahead and tell you all.
Today, i rehomed my guinea pigs. I stopped spending time with them ect. And it weren't fair.
I gave them to my school farm, where they will have areas to roam around with toys, hay and plenty of room.
They have staff and pupils looking after them and are kept away from danger in the shed.
And are let out for runs in the school garden. They are still my guinea pigs, but are now also the schools.
I can pop in as often as i like to see them, and i feel good to know i can still love them, but everyone else can too.
Staff have already fell in love with them, and are beginning to think of names. And today a year 7 girl walked into the
shed, and started picking them up and cuddling them. I felt really happy to know that they are still getting attention
even more here! Next year i have took animal care has a study which means, for school lessons i will be looking after
the animals so i know ill never be far apart from them.
I know theres alot of bitchiness in this forum lately, which is mainly why i've kept away and also didn't want to tell you.
I dont want to sound rude, but i dont care if you're disspointed or not happy with my decisions, they were my guinea pigs
and i did what i thought was best. It took alot of strength to say goodbye to them, and accept the fact i'd failed as
a piggy mum. I might stay on the forum chit chat boards...if I'm welcome. :-\
