My darling Casey-dog

My lovely Casey has been PTS this morning;

She was almost 17yrs old, and recently had a stroke and was having problems walking and was incontinent often.

I will miss her so much, I've had her for almost half my life, and I can't imagine not sharing my toast with her tomorrow morning!

Please excuse the neckscarf in the pic, it was during an "hippie" stage in her life! ;)

You must be devastated. It is a year last week since we had our beautiful Rosie PTS. They are just such a huge part of your life, the face at the window, the last bit of your cup of tea, the toast... So very sorry. xxxxx
 
I'm so, so sorry to hear about Casey, it's such a wrench when you've grown up with them. What a good old age though, she was lucky to have such a loving home.

I'm so very sorry to hear this. 17 years is a long time to have shared your life with this beautiful doggie and I can only imagine the sense of loss you must feel. Know that Casey had a wonderful life with you and will be watching over you always from Rainbow Bridge.
 
I'm so sorry you lost Casey she is beautiful! and what a grand age but so long to have spent with her so this must be horrible,i hope the pain of it will ease in time,RIP sweet Casey,Watch over your mummy and all the furries down here xxxxxxxx

Ah hun you must miss her terribly but I bet you gave her a great life, a long life at 17 years, she couldn't have asked for a better mum, sending you great big hugs.

was she a greyhound?if so she lived to a great old age has they only normally live till 12 to 14 yrs my greyhound suzie is like yours and she is now 10yrs old RIP sweet heartxxrun free in them beautiful green fields until your all meet againxx
 
I am sorry - it must feel like a big door in your life has just closed forever!

losing a loved one is difficult and I am not sure is words help
your furry is beautiful you must be so sad
i guess you need to grieve remember and then love again
