Welcome please for Ronnie and Roxy, had to give them names because they didn't have them.8...8...8...

Mum and daughter, hard to tell the age because they're so small, but along the lines of 8 month and 4 months, maybe less. Fairly fit and well, seeing as they'd never had vegetables and were fed on rabbit food, very little else, I suspect no hay either. Very sharp nails, and extremely wriggly, I have a war wound already :red

Ronnie is a PEW and extremely pretty and the more outgoing of the pair, whilst Roxy the baby is a half and half Lilac (I think) and ginger, lovely unusual markings she's ginger one side and lilac the other.

Both absolutely gorgeous and I am determined not to become a failed fosterer. Pigtures will follow in a week or so when they've settled into the routine.

can't wait to see the pics! they sound gorgeous, i love PEW's ! :)):))
Good luck fostering, i'm sure you'll be great... the question is tho, will you want to keep them? :)

They came straight to me from the previous owners through a small rescue in Hull called Stepping Stones, their previous owners hadn't even been bothered to give them names or veggies not the rescue.

Sry I can't of written it down clearly. rolleyesrolleyesrolleyes

Congrats - and fingers crossed that you will be able to let them go... :))

I'm a failed fosterer! It worked out good for us. My girls have come on leaps and bounds.

Sorry to hear they had such a sad time before. Keep us updated on their progress wont you?

Wonderful thing to do for these piggies. I'm sure they'll do well in your care and get ready for a new life in forever homes. x

Well they've taken us to a total of 10 guinea pigs, which is a nice round number lol, but I have no intention of keeping them, I just have to keep thinking that when they go to a good home, I can help others.

Good for you, it is very rewarding finding great homes for guineas that have had a bad start in life. xx

Well done to you for fostering, they will be very happy piggies now! I hope it all goes well and that you find good homes for them too.
