Thought I would do a little thread introducing my current furry creatures since there has been a few changes since I last did a similar thread.

Starting with the oldest there is Rosie. Now 6 and a half Rosie is the pig that started it all. I hadn't had guinea pigs before I got my first pair Rosie and Rum (inspiration for my username). Rosie has always been a mummys pig and loves cuddles. She has never not got on with any of her various cagemates over the years. I don;t think there will ever be another pig like Rosie she is something special.

Gracie and Lizzie next. I adopted this crazy pair in 2012 after Rum died. Gracie is always the first and usually loudest wheeker although she does run off quickly if I come near. Lizzie her partner in crime is also fairly skittish. Gracie has been the opposite to Rosie in getting on with everypig she has clashed with a few pigs causing a few reshuffles. They may not be cuddly girls but they are lovely in their own way even if it is just to remind me I'm late with veg.

In April 2015 I adopted Tiree along with her cagemate Maisie. Tiree is my first aby and has the craziness that comes with the breed. She is getting tamer everyday and is a demanding little girl chewing the bars if I'm not fast enough with food. She will sit for cuddles until she decides to go into her most wriggly mode where the slightest touch makes her dance around. If this is her way of telling me she needs to pee it doesn't help that I can't pick her up to take her home. Got to love that quirkiness that comes with the crazy aby hair.

Tiree new cagemate have now been named. Introducing Willow and Bonnie have only been here a short few weeks but Bonnie in particular has made a big impression. The more confident of the two she has been seen chasing Tiree around despite being less than half her size.

Other than the piggie I have Oscar the house bunny. He is 4 and a half and equal parts snuggle bun and mischief. He adores being fussed and gets very jealous if I spend too much time with the other animals in the room. He is a terror on clean out day as he spends the entire time scavenging from the bin bag ripping holes in it in the process.

Like butter wouldn’t melt

And lastly my rats. I started with two girls that turned out to be pregnant. I rehomed most but ended up keeping 6 so now I have 8, 6 girls and 2 boys. The girls names are Sansa, Arya, Nymeria, Harry, Luna and WB. The boys are Charlie and Alfie.

Quite the family you have :).. Love your rattles. I've always wondered what they are like as pets?
