I'm very sad to say that my gorgeous boy, George, died last Monday, 29th November at 4pm.
He was only 2 so I'm very sad that we didn't have more time together - and he was so brave in his last few days.
I miss coming downstairs in the morning and seeing him sat at his bowl waiting for breakfast, the wheeking the moment the fridge door is opened, him doing pig-possessed laps round the dining room, the way he'd sit on my lap giving piggie kisses, his little phut-phut noise as he'd rummage round his cage exploring, his big brown and white bum (who said horizontal stripes are not flattering)
I'm sorry, georgie, that i wasn't there at the end but i know that you had Laura and her piggies there with you and i could not have asked for more. Please know, little boy, that I loved you loads and you will always, always be here in my heart.
I am now pigless and bereft
