What a sweet photo and beautiful grass. Wish my lawn still looked like that!

Lovely pic x)

Just a quick warning though - if thats a buttercup make sure they dont eat it as its poisonous

Apologies if its not one lol :)

They're so cute! I love to see piggies out on the grass, they're so happy there. :)

Don't worry too much if they eat a few buttercups, because I think they need to eat a huge amount to harm them. I didn't know they were poisonous until this year and fed my guinea pigs and rabbits huge armfuls of the leaves and flowers every day every summer for four years :red But it never harmed them at all. Now I have new guinea pigs so I don't want to risk it, so I just try my best to pick the buttercups and leaves on the patch of grass the run is on. If you don't get them all then it'll probably be fine. I actually saw Moxie nibble on a tiny buttercup leaf the other day and he didn't like it and had some clover instead :)

I love this picture! Your pigs are adorable. Can I use it for my desktop? It just looks so peaceful. :)

Thanks

Aww... thanks everyone. You're all so kind. I'm always checking out grass and dandelions etc in terms of yumminess for piggies. They have us brain washed!@)

It's actually my parents lawn. I take them round there occaissionally because the grass is so lush. I didn't know that buttercups are poisonous. Don't think they ate any of them though. Didn't seem to like them, which is good.

Yeah I think they'll mostly avoid the buttercups on their own. I think with my old ones they just tried some because I probably gave it to them and they were hungry and I didn't give them anything else for that meal, and then they just got to like them . . . oh well, at least they never got sick from it . . . :red
