They have both lazed about in their respective places for at least the last three hours! They pop out for a couple mins have a drink and some food and go back in. One is in the bag and the other in the wooden arch. Is this normal? They have plenty of toys. They just aren't interested. If they are just content then that's fine but thought I would check. 😂1548339255415150392349611654327.webp

They probably are just sleepy. They might have been playing during the night.
They are so cute

They look pretty content, that's a nice cage set-up :) mine have slept pretty much the whole time they've been out in their playpen today but now its time to go back in their clean cage and I need to catch them they are zooming around like crazy playing with all the things they've ignored for over 3 hours !

Ah thanks guys. That's good to hear :) .

I'll be the same pigglepuggle, i'll be putting them back into the cage soon and they'll probably do more running around in there where its more cramped!

Mine laze around most days but seem to partaaaaay at night. I know this because the hutch is usually a right state in the morning and not at all how I left it in the evening after they have had their veg, the snugglesafes have been reheated and the covers have been put down.

Same here! They all seem to be in the same place as where I left them the evening before as if they haven’t moved but Pigloos are upside down, heavy food plates moved around, hay buckets at opposite ends of the cage...

If you got them young, they might be maturing a bit. When my sows were still pups, I'd move my 3" ABS plastic pipes around (bought a bunch of 45, 90, and "T" sections from the hardware store) and form them into "C" loops, "S" shapes, tilt them up on one end, angle them in up/down/up/down loops with a "T" at an end to keep it upright, and they'd run full steam through them, would ALWAYS investigate them after being rearranged, popcorn like mad, etc.. Now? They barely even notice :(

My husband bought me a webcam for the shed at Christmas, it has night vision and it’s fascinating! What I have determined is that they do party at night, they are very active at twilight and dawn and off and on overnight but daytime is definitely sleep time. If I wake up in the middle of the night you can guess the first thing I look at...:D some days they are snoozier than others depending on how much partying has been going on...
