My girls were cosy

It is currently 2 degrees here I've just been out to the shed to check on the girls and there were two pigs in one lazybones house and two in the other. I gave them a quick stroke and they all felt warm for added warmth, I've put one snuggle safe in one house and one in the other.

It's getting icy out tonight so I feel a little better knowing they feel warm as I've been worried.

I'm sure they'll be lovely and toasty - they were perfectly happy and well in the hutch, so the shed will be the Hilton for them.

Id say they are fine if they felt warm my piggies are indoors but they dont seem to like their snugglesafe, they will only sit on it when its cold lol mallethead

i'm sure they are really comfy and happy there. It.s quite difficult to keep the temperature right indoors too at this time of year. Yesterday it was so cold here that we had our heating on all day - the piggies felt ok but drank lots more water than usual. There isn't a room in our house we can keep specially cool as we don.t have a spare room. I think piggies would rather be on the cool side than too warm
