My little guinea pig, Sweetie ate a chip of my nail polish! I'm really scared, and giving her lots of hay, hoping she passes it through. PLEASE RESPOND ASAP!

A small chip of dried nail polish is unlikely to give your guinea pig any problems.
As long as she has plenty of regular food she will be fine.

I agree. Please calm down and try not to worry. A small chip of nail polish is unlikely to cause any harm 
so long as she is eating and drinking normally, she will be fine
