I have 2 boars Sam doesn't squeek at all when I pick him up and cuddle him but Deans doesn't stop squeeking when I pick him up. I'm worried 😯 what should I do?

Depends on the squeak - he could just be chatting. but to me, it sounds like It could be a protest - he doesn’t want to be picked up and him shouting about it is the only way he can get his point across. Guinea pigs don’t necessarily like being picked up, they are prey animals and to them being picked up = being eaten. Perhaps he is anxious because he can’t see his friend when you’re holding him and he’s calling to him.

Even if I hold them both together he squeaks. I have started playing music videos on YouTube to help relax him and it works. You are probably right but I don't know what to do I love giving them affection.

Yes I understand, and I am sure all of us are the same, but my pigs hate being picked up, so now I only do it when essential. For me, it’s more rewarding to sit in their playpen with them and then have them choose whether they want to come to me and sit on my lap (which to be honest, they hardly ever want to) rather than me picking them up when they don’t want me to.

Would it be okay for me to pick Sam up then because he doesn't make any noises just relaxes and goes to sleep and purrs. So Dean I'll only take him out for when he's in his Playpen with Sam and when I clean out the cage.

Hi! Some piggies are a lot more vocal than others; most get gradually quieter from 4 months onwards and then again once they reach adulthood at ca. 15 months, but individual differences persist the same as you have humans that can't stop talking and others that struggle to let a word escape their mouth. ;)

This collection of sounds has got the right interpretation (many online sounds collections aren't right), but since you always have to take sounds, body language and situational context into account, it can only help you that far and not more.

Every piggy is an individual character and when we allow them to be themselves they respond to us.
I have one piggy who is very vocal and loud while the youngest in the herd barely makes a noise.

My two are the same as yours, Speedy is the squeaky one but I’ve learned his wee ways; he’s the one most likely to explore so he’s asking to be put down. I think it comes down to getting to know your piggy.
