My guinea pig doesn't clean himself

I have a pig called salty , who is one , he's never cleaned himself .
He's a shelti , and has this " tail" of fur that gets really filthy and just feels crusty

I have a piggy with long hair in the back. I use a dog shaver and shave around her bum.

It may be he cleans himself when you’re not looking. At least I’ve never heard of any that don’t clean themselves.
