Junior Guinea Pig
Lovely pig piccies
Strangely enough my two girls don't smell of guinea pigs at all. Coconut instead!Aww! I guess it's better for me, as I have a shed outside for them so the smell isn't too bad! I've had 6 for 3 years, and then 3 more for just over 6 months, so my cleaning out stamina is quite good! xD
I must admit that they do get really smelly- I can't imagine having so many in flat, it must have been so much work!
You have so many gorgeous pigglesRuby was beautiful too

Aww, stunning piggies. Gorgeous.I absolutely love my 10 strong herd. They're a handful at times and they run me ragged, but they're all so individual, I can't imagine not having any of them. I'd love more, but while I'm still at home my dad has drawn the line- I only managed to sneak two more in after that rule went down!

What happened to George's eye? He looks so healthy in both pictures, I'm really glad that he's coping well by the looks of it!
We're not quite sure what exactly happened but 1st December last year (Sunday) he got a scratch on his eye. It had torn his cornea so the choice was leaving it alone which may or may not have resulted in an infection, or have it removed. He had it out on the Tuesday and within a week was almost back to normal.
It hasn't really affected him at all- when he runs up stairs he keeps his blind side close to the wall and likes hiding his seeing eye against me when he's feeling cuddly, but other than that he's doing really well!![]()
You have such a gorgeous group of pggies. I particularly love the pics of honey and sampson burrowing under each other, my piggy Sherbet used to constantly burrow under her mummy Sookie (RIP).
