My Guinea Pig fell! Will he be okay?

Hey everyone,
I am quite new to the forum and haven’t yet discovered how to use it properly, I think I’m doing it right I am really worried about my Guinea pig! About five minutes ago I went outside to give them some treats (they currently live outside in a sheltered two tier cage) and as i opened one of the doors on the top tier, my male guinea pig pumpkin came tumbling out and landed half on his back! he seems to be okay and walking fine but I’m worried if he could have broken something or badly bruised as I’ve read that guinea pigs don’t usually show pain. The cage is on concrete but there is grass in front and I think he fell on the grass. Any help as to what I should do to check him or whatever you think I can do please let me know as soon as.

Just keep an eye on him, make sure he's eating ok, and moving about as normal. If he's in any way withdrawn or you have any concerns, take him to a vet quickly for a check. I hope he's ok, and welcome to the forum x

He can run up and down the stairs fine and he’s been eating kale and green beans and thank you so much x

If you see any changes at all take him to the vet just in case! Hoping he is ok!

As others have said just watch him and go to the vet if there’s any concern.
