I have a Guinea pig that I would love to allow to play outside on the grass but I get worried about weird things like ants or earwigs coming over to him ,am I being over paranoid or should I not let him out in case he gets something ?

The bugs shouldn't harm him at all! My guinea pigs live outside permantly. I love the natural feel rather than bundling them up in blankets and a fluffy bed but I dont mind how people keep their guinea pigs as long as they're happy and healthy. Letting him out side to munch on some grass every now and then is a great idea!
