My guinea pig hurt his back legs and now he is dragging them

My guinea pig fell out of his cage onto my tile floor and he fell on his back twisted and landed in his legs and squealed he literally has no motion in his legs besides him twitching them when I pick him up and I’m scared to let him die because he was my first guinea pig
