My guinea pig is making some strange noises.

Hello all,
I went to feed Bella just now and i noticed that she was making a strange clicking noise which i had never heard before. She was also breathing a tiny bit more noticeable than she usually does if that makes sense? She was just breathing a little bit louder, but not in an extremely significant way. Just slightly. She is 5 years old which i guess is more on the older side of a guinea pig. I was a little worried so i thought i would just make this post.

Perhaps keep an eye on her and see. If not better then maybe try and get her to the vet next week.
