My Guinea Pig Is Nodding Her Head A Lot?

Hi!
I just adopted a baby guinea pig, only 10 weeks old! When I got home, I put her in her cage and she ran right into the pigloo, of course. When I took a peek inside, it looked like she was nodding her head. I noticed this at the pet store too. But when she stands up or walks around, she is fine. Is this something I should be worried about?
