My Guinea Pig Is Sick

My guinea pig herb has come down really sick and cant move. He has little spasms every now and then. Plz help i dont know what is wrong

Is he pooing? What's his tummy feel like is it swollen? Try gently rubbing his tummy to see if that relieves any pain, the spasms you say sound to me like he's in pain and with him not moving it could be something to do with his tummy. This sounds like what happened to my fudge and he had bloat, gently tap the side of his tummy does it sound hollow? If he does then keep massaging his tummy to relieve some of the gas he may need to see a vet but please make sure it's one who is experienced with Guineas as I found out the hard way that mine wasn't. If you search bloat on the search box on here you should be able to find out some more information about it but from what your saying it sounds like that to me but I am by no means an expert with Guinea pigs

Please contact a vet asap and have him ideally seen as an emergency.

My pigs were given Sulfatrim antibiotic for URI. For hand feeding, you can use their normal pellets soaked in water
