I went on a disney vacation and yesterday came back to an almost dead skinny pig she lives with 4 other guinea pigs and did show previous signs but was getting a lot better, (my grandma came over and took care of the guinea pigs. When we came back she was in the corner by the water bottle shaking from side to side it was rather cold (snow storms) so i put her in a blanket and cuddled her all night. We are taking her to the vet soon (today) but any ideas what to do to make her more comfy. When we first came home she was only able to kick her legs and now she can walk. but right now she is going to the vet but please put any advice you have (I'm seperating her from the other guniea pigs for now.

Other than keeping her calm, fed and warm, until you have a diagnosis, there isn’t a lot else you can do. She really needs to see a vet quickly. You say she was showing signs before - did you get her to a vet then? Is she eating? If not, then you need to step in and syringe feed her mushed up pellets to stop her system from shutting down.
I would advise against separating her though - the stress of separation is not good for a piggy who is already poorly. She will do better to stay with the other piggies.

Please keep her warm but not hot (allow her to be able to move away from any source of warmth. Step in with syringe feeding top up if your piggy has lost weight and is not eating/drinking (keep in mind that hay should make over 80% of what a piggy is eating in a day and that skinnies need to eat a lot more than their furry mates.
You can use mushed up pellets in a pinch. Our emergency guide has all the practical tips on how you can care for a seriously ill piggy until they can be seen by a vet making the vest of what you have at home or easily available, including what to do if you can't see a vet in time and how to spot the signs: Emergency, Crisis and Bridging Care until a Vet Appointment

I was going to keep her in another cage with the guinea pig she was bonded with and keep her in a fleece house and a hard house due to the other 3 trying to get onto the houses,She is at the vet right now she is eating and drinking.
