My guinea pig might have a URI and i'm not sure

So my baby guinea pig (around a month) has been sneezing and coughing a lot I have also seen her acting unsusal lately, I have her on a diet where she eats green bell peppers romian lettus and a blue berry every Monday, She has clean water every morning and its just Neeko who is sneezing and coughing. So i think i need to take her to a vet but I can not make my own money. my mother told me we're relitively low on money since we just moved. I have no clue what to do

@LampTown Unfortunately you can't self treat illnesses as they need antibiotics and they are only available from a vet.

You could ask your mother to contact vets to find out about any credit schemes offered.
 
She needs to see a vet, please ask you mom to see if there are any payment plans available.
