I couldn't tell if it was anything in their cage that made the sound but the only thing I can think of is their plastic balls they sometimes play with. But I heard clicking sounds, like how a human clicks their tongue on the roof of their mouths. There aren't any recorded sounds for guinea pigs to make those noises and I even thought one of them was probably choking but they both looked fine. I'm confused

All we can really suggest is to observe them and see a vet if you are concerned about any breathing issues
