My Guinea Pigs Have A Thing On Their Feet. What Is It?

It looks like a little calousy flap of skin on the side of the their front feet. Is something to be worried about?
 
It's probably a foot spur... some guinea pigs develop them and others don't. There are harmless, though if they get really long you may want to trim them back a bit just so they don't catch the on anything.
