The only time they run around a bit is when they get excited for food which is 2 times a day, sometimes 3 since some day I give them 2 small carrots instead of one. Overall, they hardly get any exercise at all and spend their days sitting in their hut or walking around their large cage.

Hi and welcome!

How old are your boys and how big is their cage? Some adult and older piggies can become rather lazy.

You may find this thread here helpful:
Here are our tips for a balanced diet. Carrots are actually a rather fattening, energy dense food for rabbits and guinea pigs and they shouldn't be fed all the time. They are also high in vitamin, which can build up in the liver.

Hi, Welcome to the forum.

Have a read of the food links above, there are lots of veg out there for piggies as well as carrots.

What are your piggies names?

Hi and :wel:!
I'm afraid that I can't add anything else to what the above two users have posted.
