I let my guinea pigs run around my up stairs and then it went behind the toilet and i looked behind there and there is a hole behind it i used my flash and it doesn’t go to far back but i can’t see all of it though and i’m very worries i’ve put food near the hole what do i do?!

Try putting a hidey that smells of your piggy near the hole with a bit of hay inside (also that smells familiar). Do you have a food call? You could try using that too. Good luck.

Putting food down was thr right thing to do. Maybe leave a little trail of food away from the hole, leave the piggy quiet and hopefully it will come out.

Put a hidey that smells of guinea pigs with some food in close by and leave the room. When the chips are down, your piggy wants to be where it is familiar with.

DON'T hover and poke; that will only drive it in further and prevent it from coming out.

If it is really stuck and can't come out on its own after several ; then you'd best call the fire brigade.

If you want to free-roam piggies, you have go over every inch in every nook and cranny for at least 30-50 cm height beforehand because it is a certainty that your piggies will find all the trouble spots very quickly!

All the best!

You've done the right thing by putting out food- maybe also put out a cozy or blanket and then leave the room quiet and check in occasionally. The more chaotic the environment outside the wall, the more likely your piggy is to stay put! Hopefully peace and quiet and food and familiar smells with draw him out. Please let us know what happens! Best of luck!

Fingers crossed for your little piggie 🤞have she/he comes out soon.
