my guineapig gained 80g in 13days is this something to worry about it seems a bit worrying so i was just asking you guys cos i dont know mallethead

How old is your guinea pig? My girls gained 20-40g a week up until they were about 9 months old. 
That is 40g per week is normal for a young growing guinea pig. Until 6-9 months old, a well cared for guinea pig will put on about 20-50g per week; after that, growth will slow down and stop between 12-15 month of age when piggies reach full adulthood.

Is your guinea pig a girl or boy? Age is relevant too, as the others have said.

well i rescued it from this lovely woman it was a rescue piggie and its a she and she is about 5-6 months x
Normal growth rate for her age.
I would not worry about pregnancy unless you have a suspicion that she has been with a male at some point.
One of the first signs of a ten week pregnancy is increased thirst and an increasing weight gain. At some point, the nipples start to elongate an swell up.
