It’s hard to tell but best to see a vet to get a proper diagnosis
I told my mom she is oh it is okay we have no vet near us who helps gunieas pigs so I don't know what to do

Just keep an eye on it for now. It doesn't look serious.

Look for bald patches, crusty skin, hairs with skin flakes attached etc. Please do not treat on spec with cheap shop or home products as you can easily make things worse instead of better.
You may be dealing with dry skin, a fungal skin infection or two different types of mites; they all need different treatment.

How can I look for patches and stuff I am new to this situation my guniea pig never has any issues she is always healthy until today I see dandruff hope it isn't like a serious situation where she can get sick.

I am very scared she is also sheeding too hope it isn't a fungal infection I am very worried

Keep a very close eye on her and if you see any changes ask you mum if you can take her to vets.
