My husband thinks Ive gone nuts!

And you are alllll to blame lol!
Since joining the forum my plans of getting sonic a friend have spiralled out of controll, to virtually using all of our savings to turn our rather massive back garden into a pig palace:(|) For lotssssss of piggies haha
I already have a huge part sectioned off for my piggy sonic as it is so the doggy cant get near him and am thinking about making his section bigger for more piggies lol!
Hubby just looked at me as if to say you are truly nuts! haha
 
Welcome to the club!

I cannot say that my OH has been overjoyed when the number of piggies roaming our living room went from 2 to 12 over the course of two years... mallethead

I think he is taking it with a pinch of salt at the moment, just wait til he see's my plans rofl!

My husband has given up!lol when my piggie amount went from two to 9 in around a year rolleyes

They are addictive and I am trying desperately not to get anymore!
 
It has not even been a year since I got my first pair, now I have 6 in total and 2 more coming in a couple weeks.

8 is my maximum, for space and affordability :)).

Men are as daft as us really with the little furries :(|)

I started with 1 and now have 6 over the course of about 6 months! :O

I have to stop but i'm addicted. :<>
I talk about getting more to the OH all the time, but he keeps going on about not having any more space.

Maybe I should kick him out and make more room :p
 
My OH has now realised he doesn't really get a say anymore...as long as I still have time to spend with him and keep the house nice, he doesn't really care though (and has been spotted cuddling pigs when he thinks noone is looking...)

When we got together I was relatively 'normal' but had no real hobbies, I just used to sit in front of the tv every night. Then I got my share pony, then got really into my piggies, and he says the change in me is amazing. Apart from the fact I am knackered 90% of the time, pmsl!
 
Hahaha! Don't let that stop you from taking over the backyard though!! :p:p
 
Haha, it's funny that people get so addicted to them :)) I went from 1 to 5 pigs in a year too. :)

My advice would be just to increase the numbers slowly, wait a few months between getting new ones, to make sure that you don't end up with more than you can look after easily :) cos they can be a lot of work, especially in winter
 
lol i went from having one to 6! if i had the room i wold have more without a thought. Althugh room can always be made in speacial cases :p

My OH seriously wanted to put our brand new sofa into storage not long ago to home more piggies. I was prepared to sacrifice my dining table but thought he was going a bit OTT removing our sofa mallethead
We have 10 and he is brilliant with them, makes all of their hideys etc. built their pens and is planning the set up for them at our caravan so they can come with us.
He really pulls his weight with their care and having the piggies has given us both a new shared passion in life (don't think I'll ever be a grandmother so they fill the void ;))
