So, in my area people know me as the small animal lady, it seems like a friend of a friend of a friend has got wind, dumped the rabbit on my friend and asked her to give her to me. Leaving my friend in a rather impossible situation as she is allergic to rabbits/doesn't know the first thing about them so she's come right round here and dropped her off. The little thing is a tiny ball of fluff, who up until yesterday was heavily matted and all her underside was filthy. It has taken us since Monday to tidy her up

She doesn't have a BRC ring but I have a feeling the person has had a dabble in breeding rabbits and couldn't get rid of them. The little mite is so skinny but has a huge appetite, so we're slowly feeding her up. She has the most wonderful personality and spent over an hour grooming me the other day x)
We weren't originally going to keep her, as she came to us within twenty four hours of Blanche passing away. But, her personality reminds me so much of Blanche, an absolute sweetheart but a little as well that it's made me think she came to us for a reason. She has helped me get over Blanche so much quicker and given me someone to channel all my love into. I'm a huge believer in fate, so on that basis, the little girl, now named Pearl is here to stay ...
