My lil girls name

What should i do about her name?

As alot of you know i rescued a lil sow from a pet shop not long ago as she was very very ill and they wouldnt take her to a vet.

Well while i was there crying to my boyfriend to let me save her i was calling her Mrs Lincoln (Lincoln is my first piggy who looks very simular to her). Well i have kept that name while shes been here. Do you think i should change it? if so what to?

Ive done a poll to find out what you think. I love the name and I'm so used to it but might sound odd in the vets etc lol and its not very original for her.

I voted to keep it as Mrs. Lincoln, I think it's a sweet name. And does it matter if the vet thinks it's odd?
 
She's so dinky bless her. I've voted to keep her name the same :)
 
The vets are pretty used to strange names, anyway! You name her what's right for you!

How is she doing, anyway? Is she still annoying the older girls or is she fitting in better now? Little Mrs. certainly looks perky!
 
Yep defo keep it! My vet shouts out the guinea pigs names too...Eccles Lacy...PMSL So funny! :(|)

She much better thanks. fitting in well, eating her veg great now and leaves the girls more. Shes a lil character. She loves the beds in the cage and everytime i go to see her shes lying in one. She loves Kenickie. I put Lincoln down on the floor while they were all in the run and she amazed by him, looked like she was saying "wow its a big boy version of me" lol, runnign after him round and round the run. x
 
Yeap, Mrs Lincoln is a great name or Miss Lincoln. I would keep it. The name obviously came to you out of instinct.

I am sure that you will end up shortening it on a day-to-day basis. My Milly and Molly are normally called Mills and Molls! :))

She'll probably feel very proud, when all the other names being called are Blacky or Snowy or Foxy ..... or whatever (not that there's anything wrong with any of those names, whether they are cats, dogs or piggies). It will make her sound very distinguished.
 
I'm glad that she is doing so fine - she looks quite a character even in those first pics and will grow into her name just fine!
