Just thought I'd post a few pics of my piggies and hoping for a little help with identifying types/colours as I'm new to this game!

My first piggy who helped me rediscover the passion is Ginge a 6 month old boar who was a Christmas present from my lovely partner Steve .

So there you go my lovely guinea pigs! And if anyone can help with breeds/colours/coat types etc I'd appreciate it.

I SWEAR you could have my guinea pigs brother LOL. The grey and white one is the spitting image of Callis, and he's from pets at home HAHA

Your first one is a crested something or other. The little bald spots on their heads means crested I think. I have a crested sheltie (very long haired).

Yeah I think Ginge is an English crested but not sure on colour Sweeny also has a crest with a white swirl which is how he got his name because he reminded me of sweeny todd!

A couple of my piggies have had to be moved inside while the shed (their usual home) is modified as we are running out of space.

My partner is adding built-in hutchs/cages. they are in deep boxes and only overnight, they are moved outside in a morning to their runs in the garden. I would leave them outside but we get lots of foxes and it isn't safe.

Hope this clears things up.

Just out of curiosity which part of Doncaster are you from?

Thank you...I was a little worried.

It sounds like your partner has it all in hand :)

I live in Scawsby....are you from Donny too?

Indeed he does, with in the space of 2 weeks his dad and himself have dismantled the old shed and rebuilt it twice the size in order to accomodate my growing collection of piggies and this time we will be having floor to ceiling cages/hutches with plenty of extra space! He's just started the interior so I recon a week or two and everyone will be settle in to their new quarters.

I'm from Cantley, moved down here back in August last year.
