My Little mans bum seems rather big

8)Mr. Bailee Boy who is almost 5 has a rather large bum. As long as I have had him plus the 2yrs that my daughter previously had him its been this way. Its like his bum is attached to his ball saks. 8He is not neutered. :<>He seems to poo rather well all though there are time wen I must assist him in carefully getting the large lump of poo out gently. :a19:Its funny I think to myself...Helping a little piggie POO. Could I please get some understanding as to why this looks this way?Here is a pic of his little buldging area.

Looks like a normal male piggy from that angle to me. The helping him poo thing is normal with older males, a lot of male piggies get impaction and need help as they get older to go to the toilet. Some info on the following link.
