I'm really sad to report that my lovely Fizz passed away today after a brief illness. She was fine yesterday but I found her unwell this morning and she went downhill very quickly.

Fizz came to me from a large lot of rescue piggies that Teresa had taken in from terrible conditions, and she was unfortunately pregnant on arrival. She delivered 3 healthy babies (after a LONG wait, which members of the forum joined me in!) and had been living here in my sow group since. She was a real character - a lovely, chubby, forward girl and one of my 'specials'.

She will be very much missed here. She had come such a long way, it's so sad she couldn't stay longer. Sleep well, Fizzy Pop

I am so sorry Sophie, I was admiring her from afar only a few weeks ago. What a darling. Lots of *hugs* to you, this must have been a shock.

Rest well, beautiful Fizz. xx

Oh Sophie I'm so sorry. I had hoped it was just a mild upset, but not so.

She was lovely. I remember giving her a big cuddle all those months ago!

RIP little Fizz, sleep peacefully little darling. What a beautiful girl she was...you have some lovely pictures there to remember her by. Take care hunny (big hugs to you and the rest of your clan).

Oh Sophie, I am just so sad to read about Fizz passing away.
What a shock to you!

I loved Fizz. I also had a Fizz who passed over Rainbow Bridge very suddenly. A shy little soul.

Bless you Fizz ... you were a special girl. Your mummy loved you lots and we all did.

I am so sorry to hear that you lost the little bub the rainbow bridge angels will make sure Fizz gets safely to rainbow Bridge.There will be plenty of mummy piggs who will fuss over this little one and, take good care of her...
Sleep well beAUTUFUL FIZZ and know that you will be sADLYD MISSED.

So sad to hear about Fizz Sophie, I know how special she was to you.

So many of us know only too well the heart ache loosing a special piggy causes - it's a terrible shock when it's so sudden too.

Remember what a difference you made to her life though because of your kindness and caring. She had a happy life but sadly it was just her time to say goodbye.

We pay a high price for loving them the way we do :(

I'm so very sorry for your loss Sophie, I remember reading about Fizz - you made such a difference to her little life. Sleep well little Fizz.
 
I am so sorry that you lost Fizz so suddenly, on top of all the others this year.

I wasn't around yet when you rescued her and when Fizz had her babies; but I know how special she was for you!

Fizz had the best of lives and all the love she could wish for with you, even if it was only for such a short time!

May she popcorn happily in good company on the other side of the Bridge!
