I got asked to look after a boar, as he was attacking his cagemates. I felt sorry for him on his own, and as all my other piggies are girls he can't go in with them! So I've brought him into the house.

He's definitely a people pig! :(|) He keeps sitting on my knee, wheeking at me when I stop scratching his head, and then falls asleep on me. I've never owned a boar before, he's certainly a character!
 
Welcome to the wonderful world of boars! They are adorable little characters, and he sounds like a sweetheart. :)
 
I'll post some once I work out my new camera! My girls are all real characters, but he thinks he's a person I think! A bossy person at that.

He sounds lovely, can't wait to see him! I've got two boars, very different characters but love them both to bits x)

Yes sounds like two people... I mean piggies I know! :)) They definately know what they want! they rumble at the telephone, they rumble when they don't like music on the tv / sterio. they rumble when I fish them out to give their cage a good clean. But they never rumble at each other!

Defintely people's piggies or just plain don't like me! :))

No only kidding it's only on occasion & I'm just jellious a bit as seem to like daddy more (probably as he only gets involved in the fun stuff not the cleaning out or feeding a strict diet) he's the one that says "george was asking for carrot" when he feeds him carrot for a second time in one day. I Like to think they just think he's a soft touch :))
