I am trying to look for just a part time job anywhere and I just can't seem to find any! I have applied everywhere but no one wants me

I cannot have any guinea pigs until I can afford them, especially vets! You don't know when something will pop out of the blue! I want to be able to support my pigs and I have budgies too.

Just as my luck.. I was having a look at Bobtails website yesterday as Sundays they are open... and look how many beautiful gorgeous piggies they have.

My boyfriend said don't worry, you will eventually get them and it will be the right ones.

I think I might go visit them this weekend and give the piggies a cuddle, it might make me feel better about not being able to give them a home.

I hope I get a job soon, just feel disheartened

I just know I will be a brilliant piggy slave and I really want them. I have been looking for pets and I was going to go for a larger bird like African grey or a macaw but I do not think it would suit my life style whereas a guinea pig would.

I wanted something cuddly too as my budgie has this 'I don't wana cuddle but only kiss attitude'.

You are being so sensible waiting til you have the financial backup. I can only have all my crew as I have savings should things go wrong and stick to an incredibly tight budget each month - most of which goes on the pigs or share horse!

I am sure Jim and Delia and everyone would be happy for you to visit again, they were going to let me go see Horace every weekend before he came home, unfortunately I was kept busy by the piggies here...but he is home now

Have you considered Pringle and her slightly specialist circumstances? I am quite taken with her but not sure where I could smuggle her in...

That is what I am worried about, 'when things go wrong'. At the moment, if I had any guinea pigs and they needed treatment, I would have to just give them back to a rescue, that isn't fair on the animals nor the rescue. I just want to be strong financially and be able to give them what is best, and in the meantime just learn about them. I have read quite a few books and I seem much more knowledgeable than I was when I last went to Bobtails!

Aww Horace! Delia was so kind, and everyone does a wonderful job there! I couldn't speak to Jim as he was very busy. I do hope I come over on Sunday :<>

I have seen Pringle, would it be ok to have her alone? I am just worried as when I am working part time (hopefully) will Pringle be ok on her own? She's so cute and I am difinately sure I have held her?
