My male guinea pig has he haemorrhoids

My 18 month guinea pig looks like he has a large haemorrhoid - do guinea pigs get this?
 
boars sometimes really do have quite big balls, can you upload a couple of photos please so we can see
 
I would definatly pop up a picture, just incase it is something more serious, but hopefully its just normal. :)
