my new adoptie basil

hi all basil has been to the vet this morning and he said his teeth will be fine its a birth defect. he thinks hes 3 months as opposed to 4 months he weighed him and he was 650g so my weighing of him was way out lol but he wouldnt sit still for me. he was so scared bless him he shook like a leaf. he checked his eyes ears and testicales he laughed and said hes a BIG BOY :red . the only thing he said i was unsure of was the fact he suggest i use xeno 450 when he weighs 800g he said in arround 3 weeks time, so i said i would call back in. he said it was important to treat him as hes from a petshop before introducing him to any other animals. when i got home and put him back in his home he went prrrrrr and pop corned every where running arround in circles lol x) now i cant wait to spoil him and turn him in to a pampered piggie :)) like my girlies xx

Giving him mites protection before he joins a group is a very reasonable precaution.

i was impressed with that suggestion i just wasnt sure if he can have the xeno 450 so if its safe i will go and get some :) (the vet was italian too)
