My new piggy man bits

I have had many male guinea pigs over the last 25 yearsm but I got a new pair on Monday just past and one of them has his penis sticking out a little and a tiny bit red, never come across this before, is it ok and should I bathe it? I have been looking online and i think that it is ok but wanted to check with you guys.

mmm i know sometimes there willy can pop out and cause irritation. Hopefully someone more knowledgable on piggy bits will be along soon.
 
The lady I got my bumble from had this with one of her boars - apparently he got over excited when she put him in with her females and his poor willy popped out and got stuck - she had to take him to the vets who popped it back in !
 
Could you show a photo? It could be something, or it could be nothing!
