I have two hutches that are no longer being used. I wanted to sell them and give the money to Cavy Corner where my newest girls came from but if another rescue could use them then perhaps forum members could donate to Cavy Corner on behalf of the rescue they would go to.
They are identical and are 3 and a bit ft by 2 and a bit ft and two floors. They are nearly 12 square ft but not quite due to the space taken up by the ramp. My trios were quite happy in them. They have a layer of insulation round them and the downstairs is not totally mesh like some. They would come with tunnels for the ramps and fleecey sleeping bags that hook into the bedroom for cold nights. The ramps and sleeping bags were made specially to fit these hutches by Sarah from chucklebunnies and are great but will not fit my new hutches. All the sleeping bags are the same. Two layers of fleece, different patterns and can be used either way round depending on which colour you like. The tunnels are a little nibbled but are fine they are held on the ramp by velcro. One is orange, red and yellow, the other is lilac and white with blue inside.
