I have never heard of anyone keeping toads as pets!

Well, she wasn't intending to. But, that toad was severely injured when she found him. He was lying on the ground with his leg all broken up by a dog. She chased away the dog, then brought the toad to me. His leg was twisted up over his back and obviously broken. As we don't have any vets that treat toads, I had to set the broken leg myself. We put him in a tank so he could heal up. We've put him outside on many occasions and he just never left. So now he lives in the tank, a happy little toad So that is his story

Thanks The snake is the newest edition to all our creatures She just got him last month. He's a little corn snake, and he won't ever get big enough to eat piggies thank goodness Reptiles really are interesting! |)
