my pig is leaning to the right and her eyes are twitching

This morning I woke up to feed the piggies and when I put the food in and they came out to eat I noticed our one piggie was not right. She was listing to the right and falling over. I immediately picker her up and noticed that here eyes were twitching back and forth. None of the other pigges are displaying this and they are all indoor pigges. The vet doesn't open or another hour, will get an apt as soon as possible. Just trying to figure out what happened to her.

Hi! I am very sorry; it rather sounds like a stroke to me. :(

Please keep her as calm and quiet as you can. Place hay, food and water very close by, switch to syringe feeding if she struggles to feed herself and maintain her weight, and see a vet as soon as you can get an appointment.

I had her to the vets yesterday afternoon, they think it's an inner ear I really think you are right with Stroke. We have been syringe feeding her Critical care and water. They put her on Baytril for 14 days and i have a probiotic on hand that we are starting tonight. She still is having problems standing on her own, do I take her back to the Vets?

Please give her time to recover; whether it is a stroke or an inner ear problem, you do not bounce back in just a day.

If it is her inner ear/balance that is affected, then any antibiotic needs 2-3 days to really kick in but it can take a week and the head tilt may never fully disappear. the same goes if it is e.cuniculi.
