I don't have one close to me oh no this isn't going well!

There might be one an hour away but my mum and dad work so that would be hard! Is there any other way I could do it?

An hour is not far. When I adopted Mooli is was a five hour round trip. You will need your parents support though. Many rescues are opened weekends if your parents are off then.

Hi guys!
Sorry I haven't posted in AGES!
I have good new though! Nutmeg is now settled in with her new best friend Cinnamon. As soon as Nutmeg saw Cinnamon she ran straight up to her and cuddled up next to her. It was the cutest thing I've ever seen! They are very happy together!image.webp ^Cinnamon

Sorry it's upside down :td: But these two are besties
Anyway that's it for now but I will try and get some more pics for you :luv:
Lots of love
Me, Cinnamon and Nutmeg :luv:

A pet shop the same as Nutmeg because there weren't any guinea pigs suitable to pair with Nutmeg at my local rescue

Yeah her cage was really small for a while so I felt a bit bad but oh well haha x

Hey guys,
I'm so happy with Nutmeg and Cinnamon's progress recently! They are getting on so well still. They are both so confident as well especially Nutmeg  Today my sister who as only held them once came in to see them when they were having playtime, and Nutmeg just marched up to her and jumped onto her knee haha! They both love to be cuddled l! Ahhhhhhhhh I just love them to much!
Lots of love from
Me, Cinnamon and Nutmeg :luv:

That's great! So happy for you. I love my boys to bits. Bacon is really the confident one (And being the top pig, oldest member of the cage of two, and having lived with me the longest I somewhat expect him to be :D) , and Eggs is still very skittish. I think it comes from being an Abyssinian and the submissive piggy. :)

Anyway, so glad!

Hey guy,
Sorry I haven't really been on the forum as I have had a difficult weekend. As one the horse at my riding school that, I have known for a long time, passed away from a heart attack while I was with her on Saturday :( But anyway on the plus side the pigs are getting on really well! I bought them some new treats for them yesterday and I think they are going to love them. I am going to try and teach them some tricks! Give me some ideas on what teach them below x
Lots of love
Me, Nutmeg and Cinnamon :luv:
RIP Bess :luv:

One of the other horses passed away today. Not having a good week again x RIP Fudge

Yes they were both very old especially Fudge x

Hey guys,
Long time no see! Unfortunately I have been off the forum as I have had exams! Also we have sadly seen loss off two more precious ponies one called magic and very sadly the other one was the horse who has had the biggest impact on my life, Toffee. Toffees death has been a massive loss to me as I have know her for 8 years and taught me everything. This happened just after my exams just under two weeks ago. But I am back now and the piggies are doing very well! They have recently been out on the grass for the first time and love it! They are still both VERY vocal guinea pigs and love charging around the run!

Sorry to hear about Toffee, it's amazing how close you get to horses, isn't it?
Cinnamon and Nutmeg are the best names and sound the cutest guinea pigs ever <3 x

I'm so sorry to hear about the horses :( How sad. I'm glad you are getting on well with your piggies though!
