My piggies have made my neighbours day.

My piggies were having garden time this afternoon (will post pictures later) when the gentleman who lives next door came out and noticed Prince Harry and Sparky scampering around the garden and he commented on how cute they were and how happy and well cared they looked and asked me about them. So I told him about them and who was who, after 10 minutes natter he went back in doors, then reappeared and asked me if he could borrow them, promising to care for them because "my wife loves animals and will be over the moon to see them" she's housebound. Needless to say two piggies headed over the fence.

He brought them back to me a few minutes later and told that she was delighted to see them and it had really enjoyed spending a few minutes with them, I told him anytime and for however long he wanted. A few minutes later he popped his head round the door and asked me if next time Tommys in the garden can she please meet him as well?
:):) So lovely that my gorgeous lads have helped cheer her up.
 
Aww that's lovely :) My neighbours are elderly and look after the pigs when we go away (if we don't take them with us). They have a young grand daughter who they look after daily. She often comes in to our yard (with grandma or grandad) to look at the pigs and it makes her day :)

Pets can bring so much happiness; and piggies are hard to beat on how much charm they pack for such a small frame!
 
How lovely! What a good neighbour you are sharing your joy (and boys) with the people next door!
 
LOL Tommies Mam, I had wondered why your avatar showed the back of your piggy and not a cute piggy nose. I have just realised that the pig is using the PC! LOL. I am not lending my PC to my piggies: they would just fight over it as they do over everything.

ahhhhh bless the love of a piggie has helped your neighbour :) i'm a bit emotional reading this....... it's so lovely to hear of people enjoying what we all know already PIGGIES RULE x)
 
That's so nice! Me and the OH have recently moved and the neighbours gave us some veggie leftovers when they were having a bbq the other week :)
