when we got Carl (as a new buddy for old man Rick) he was short haired but seems to be growing a shaggy over coat?
Sheltie maybe, thoughts anyone?...He's 3 mths old.

I use a large white table and zoom in from afar, but they seem to like the camera..lol

Carl is gorgeous! He rather looks like a sheltie (UK)/silkie (US) cross; shelties have a flatter, wider face. Longhair crosses are always quite a surprise package as you never know how long the hair will grow out.

Thank you, that's kind of what we were thinking. He did come from an unexpected batch! (not from mine, I don't breed) he's beginning to look like he's been layered...lol but I've never trimmed him, yet!
