My Piggy Is Dying? Plz Someone Help

Please help I found my youngest pig (1 year) laying unconscious in his cage. He woke up when I held him but he's still completely limp and having major spasms every few seconds. I don't see any injuries and I'm really scared his dying. Currently holding him wrapped in blankets in my arms. His eyes are open and is breathing very shallow. Can I do anything to save him or comfort him if it's his time to pass? Please help I'm really scared

I am so sorry this got missed, it was late at night in UK. It sounds like he has had a heart attack or stroke. There is nothing that could have been done. I am really sorry. Huge hugs

I do hope you were able to get your piggy to a vet and that things are improving
