My piggy sings!

One of my twins is a singer! I have heard it twice now-and today with a witness. It's definitely either Thomson or Thompson, it happens behind the sofa when they are both together (behind the sofa being one of their favourite 'runs'). We have guest piggies staying at the moment-but didn't have when i heard it the first time. Does anyone have any theories about why i have a singer? Is he happy, distressed, content, scared? Despite listening to it for nearly a minute-neither of us could get our stupid 'slidey' phones to record it in time. The first time i heard it, it almost had a tune to it, this time however it was more the "bird chirrup"? Do they mean the same thing? I would love to know more about this!

ps. I don't think they are practising for X-Factor as they have no way of getting to the auditions.

Dindy used to sing when she was younger but I haven't heard her for a long time, I don't realy kow why piggies sing but it's wonderfull when they do.

One of my girls started singing - only once - about two weeks ago. No idea why, but it was very loud, and they kept it up for about ten minutes. We though a bird might have got into the house it was so loud!

My youngest one, Bruiser (male) he likes to sing when he knows he is getting fresh hay or other treats. It will only last for under a minutes but it is really cool when he does it. his sounds like long "wheeeeeek" with the pitch changing. very cool!xx>>>

Ah, my Burt sang - just the once - in the first month we got him, it was so loud, it sounded more like a car alarm. He did that weird trancey sway thing as he was doing it - very odd!

Singing pigs are very mysterious things I'm still waiting to get a vid of Poppy doing it. She is quite a regular songstress but never at a convenient moment of course! People seem to have various theories about why they do it but I have never found a definitive answer... It is rather special though.

Would you believe it she JUST did it again, only my phone was off, and by the time it had loaded up she stopped, Aaargh! I WILL get her recorded one day!
